1 egg

1 glass of water Milk

3 yogurts

1/2 cup liquid oil

1 package to live

2 tablespoons of sugar

1 teaspoon salt

As much flour as possible

To open:

To drive between:

Melted Butter

For the inside:

Nutella or another chocolate cream

For the above:

Egg yolk

First, a soft dough is kneaded and kept in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours (in the meantime, it is already fermented). Each cloth is divided into 8 again. The first 8 cloths are opened with the help of starch in the size of the cake plate. Butter between them is put on top of each other and opens as large as you can open. Cut to 8 or 12. You can adjust the size yourself. If you want only the butter is simple, if desired, the desired material is placed in the tray and wrapped. The same procedure is applied to the other 8 glazing. Croissants are taken to the baking tray. Egg yolk is applied on them and heated in a 180 degree oven.
